The steam generator is the heating furnace heat exchange device, it produces the saturated steam under a certain of temperature and the pressure by hot oil and heating water. Our steam generator is horizontal with socket support. Water is in the shell bottom while the steam is upper, space layout a certain amount of water flowing through the middle of the hot oil pipeline from the side into the pipeline. The cylinder steam from the top of leads on one hand to the equipment which need to use it, on the other hand, it supply the water into the tube continuously. This equipment belongs to the second class pressure vessel, it is one of the shell and tube steam generator, supporting a variety of security instrument valves. It is a kind of transfer equipment which can supply installation, operation, maintenance simplely as well as a certain quality of saturated steam heat.
